Experienced German driver excited about new MAN TGS racing truck/Reached fourth place in 2007 with Mercedes

MAN motorsport has a well-known new recruit: 34-year-old Jochen Hahn will be starting the coming truck-racing season with a 1,000 hp monster made by MAN. Jochen hails from Altenstieg in Germany and already has lots of experience in the field, finishing last season in fourth place. He used to drive a Mercedes truck but is happy to switch: “After all, MAN has always been renowned for performance and reliability on European racetracks,” he enthuses. Director of Sales and Marketing, Peter Erichreineke, is also pleased about the new face: “Jochen Hahn is an excellent driver, so it’s great to have him on the MAN team,” he comments.
